今週のお題「読書の秋」
『レ・ミゼラブル』が、修道院に関する建物や組織の構造や修道女の日常に関するこまごました描写、またパリのいろいろな通りの描写で、一気に読むという風にはなかなか読み進められないが、普通では知り得ない知見が広がって、読み応えがある。
